Catastrophe Prophets* / Profits?

If you are not familiar with Fauci's 2017 prediction about a “surprise” outbreak” of infectious disease during Trump's presidency, just web-search: “Fauci 2017 surprise prediction” to overwhelm yourself with references. Except the curious thing is the use of the word “surprise.” Why surprise? Considering history, science, and Fauci's considerable experience, there is solid expectation of some spreading contagion every year? We, the masses, may not know the precise version (is that the surprise?), although anticipatory vaccines¹ are sometimes on hand for a shot in the dark at forecasted mutations.

But what is the meaning of surprise? An unexpected event? Except,

1) pandemics are not unexpected (How many simulated pandemic conferences have we already funded?); and
2) almost all the sample uses for “surprise” involve human planning by at least one party, especially when someone promises a “surprise.”² 

And why the seeming pleasure with which Fauci made his prediction? that uncontrollable micro-leaking similar to duping delight³? except duping is not quite right in this instance as there is truth in Fauci's prediction — a hint of privileged foreknowledge. So what should we call this micro pleasure? Disaster-delight? Or is it dumping-delight? as in karmic dumping⁴? karmic shift? Give a hint of what's coming (as in plandemic?) and if the people don't get it and stop the plan, then the blame is on them. Surprise! Surprise!

Consider Sam Feinburg's, A Catastrophic Blackout is Coming - Here’s How We Can Stop It, (Given in 2017, re-posted 2020!⁵).

Feinburg's Helena Group (“a global think tank of extraordinary individuals focused on executing projects to improve the world; focused on solving big problems that matter”) is working on preparedness along with experts in NATO, CIA, USGS, NASA, NOAH, and the corporate world, as well as the Congressional EMP Commission (over a decade of work and funding), YET, in his conclusion, Feinburg feels to blame the audience (and subsequent TEDx viewers) for failing “to get out of bed and pull the brake!” Is that his prescription for “How We Can Stop It”? for the public “to get out of bed and pull the brake”? (Oh yes, and donate.) But let's ask! Pull the brake on what? an alien invasion (twice mentioned)? OR the 4 major concerns:

1) cyber attack
2) solar weather event as in a CME (coronal mass ejection)
3) EMP attack by a rogue power
4) physical attack on the grid by unknown saboteurs

all of which could bring a massive blackout of all things electric, electronic, digital, etc.

But what does Feinburg think we hire civil servants and security experts for? unless he means we can be blamed for failing to pull the brake on all the lies, deceptions, frauds, criminality, psychopathy, and power-mongering that have infiltrated and corrupted government, science, education, etc., etc. for decades. Yes, we carry huge blame for ignoring accountability, but it does not diminish in one iota the reach of Justice or create any “principle” of karmic dumping.

Almost all the concerns of (disaster-delighting?) Feinburg (and his groups) have been simulated, tabletopped, and, where possible, field-tested for decades. Just two examples from this Century are Event 201⁶ and Dark Winter⁷ (which Dark Winter, by the way, has been “prophesied” for 2020-2021) unless we get a better grip on COVID, which means more lock-down, business-closure, isolation, masking, testing, tracking, quarantine, vaccinating, rule-making, etc. etc. In short, making almost everything we do as humans harmful; making rights and freedoms illegal, and making astronomical profits for the insiders.

Can we see the red flags being hoisted for a Cultural Revolution? a revolution with all its coming horrors, déjà vu Mao? If we don't think it can come to that, it can. It has already begun for some and will spread as surely as Moa's “zao fan, which literally means to turn everything upside down.”⁸

Many may ask: Where is all the profit in destruction? Answer: Just ask the re-constructionists, the vulture capitalists, the land & asset grabbers, Halliburton and friends.

What is the next planned training / simulation?

And what should we hold foremost in our words and actions as we move to end this Mao-like zoa fan and begin to assert accountability upon those who have been unaccountable for decades?

Admittedly, it is a delicate balance: calling out for accountability; naming the abuses and abusers; seeing as best we can in the light of the science and history of human nature and its relation to power, gain, and glory, but we are precisely here at this zao fan because we failed accountability.

Déjà Vu — from circa BC 62?

“Stirring ourselves ... for the welfare and the freedom of this people”

This morning, I read the lament of an ancient North / South American military leader who “was angry with the government, because of their indifference concerning the freedom of their country.”¹ Over the years I had read this chapter many times, but this time, it sounded current — more than an echo — more than history — more like a ringing condemnation applicable to this very hour. A resounding condemnation because so many of us seem asleep to the reality of this awful situation that we have allowed to get above us;² asleep because so many seem blissfully content to wait for some “authority” to tell us when to be concerned — when to act;³ naïve because we let horrific local events deflect us from the global roll-out of tyranny when we should conjoin the horrific local and the horrific global in a unified, non-violent, mass rejection of the Powers and their destruction of the rights and freedoms of humanity.

If we do not know there is a murderous combination that has already destroyed thousands of lives in furthering an agenda of power and gain — a murderous combination with the intent to destroy millions, if not billions, more, and to overthrow the freedom of all peoples and all lands, then we will remain complicit, culpable sitting ducks⁴ — the very lamentation from BC 62.

10 And now, my beloved brethren—for ye ought to be beloved; yea, and ye ought to have stirred yourselves more diligently for the welfare and the freedom of this people; but behold, ye have neglected them insomuch that the blood of thousands shall come upon your heads for vengeance; yea, for known unto God were all their cries, and all their sufferings—

Yes, Moroni misread the supposed inaction of the Governor Pahoran, not knowing that treasonous insiders were trying to overthrow Pahoran's rule, thus consuming all his energy and resources. So, yes inaction was not Pahoran's sin, but what of us? Perhaps Moroni's words are meant for US.

Believers or Not?

The People of the Books¹ are not the only ones calling for prayer. Bruce Lipton & Dr. Buttar² are among many, but I wonder if our prayers for the world whatever our faith, would have more efficacy if we let God know that we are NOW awake (as He commanded) to the awful situation³ that we have allowed to get above us. If we believe this is a temporary situation, then we are tragically naïve about the nature and science of Power⁴ throughout the ages (and of God's laments and warnings about it).

There are perhaps but two ways this crisis of control will be relieved:

1. if God, the Creator, intervenes in some fashion (as He has done many times in recorded scripture⁵) because of awakened, fervent prayer (and repentance) of people with sincere intent⁶ to pursue and honor truth and justice; OR
2. if the Power System senses it is loosing control⁷ and must “cure” this crisis in a miraculous feat of incredible science, creativity, and magnanimity as they regroup, re-assess, re-strategize, and learn from “their mistakes” and from humanity's “will to freedom” — (BUT know this: it will be to abide only a short time as they re-orchestrate a more perfect plandemic upon a more immune-compromised, programmed, and fearful people because the “will to power and gain” will never cease in the presence of mortal man).

The perennial pursuit of power and gain is THE reality (hammered out déjà vu on déjà vu in history), whatever reality or history we might pretend, imagine, or prefer.

Thus, let us pray as believers — Believers

● in God's word that every age has seen Powers' attempt to destroy the agency and human rights of man;⁸
● in the tragic reality of oppressive secret combinations, oaths, plans, and conspiracies for power and gain, also manifested in every age;⁹
● in the nature and disposition of almost ALL men to abuse power¹⁰ (especially when aided & enticed by technology);
● in the power of awakened, forgiving, loving, repentant humans to overcome evil as they call upon God for both justice and mercy.¹¹

So in the spirit of awakened prayer, I share again a suggestion for a daily prayer (or variation thereof) that I posted on December 17, 2017¹²:

One Last Chance?

Since God is an expert at turning bitter into sweet, what might He have up His sleeve with so many people cancelling trips, stocking-up on perceived necessities, staying in-doors, checking on their family's welfare, and otherwise reassessing the stability of their lives and circumstances? Might it be an opportunity to wake-up to the facade of normalcy we have been living in for decades while hidden players have been incrementally “normalizing” US and the world to “our greater good” being the increasing controls, surveillance, disparities, “comforting” lies, and demise of fundamental rights? Might we hope / pray for an intervention? a miracle?

On the other hand, what might the powers-that-be have up their sleeve? Could it involve Rule One of the Georgia Guidestones?¹ Are we in the midst of the initial BIG move to get everyone managed and in place so the small move (more virulent, more targeted?) can be unleashed as GW suggests?² Perhaps we should be on our knees pleading that God's move comes first.

If we are blessed, God will give us one last chance to understand that the arm of flesh (Babylon) wherein we have invested so much of our lives and trust is utterly corrupt, collapsing, and crushing? — time to finally admit that the powers-that-be have only one agenda: an agenda of “power and gain” via total control — an agenda of WO?³ — time to repent of our inaction?

At last, will we begin to cease sustaining or excusing that WO by our naïveté?⁴

Can we finally open up to the truth of what has been done and is still being done in our name; and by many of us first-hand?⁵

Perhaps God will give US and the world a second chance beyond this to repent and prepare. Since He loves everyone of His children of every nation, kindred, tongue, religion, and people, and is long-suffering, we may be given a short extension, BUT the powers-that-be have such advanced technology, that they, like those in the days of Noah, are now capable of unleashing anything they can imagine,⁶ rehearse, or simulate. And if we do not know that this current “crisis” has been imagined, rehearsed, and simulated, then we will be of little help in exposing and resisting these crimes that should have been exposed and resisted decades ago, except that we were too comfortable with our sodas and circuses.⁷ If we continue to suffer these things to be, the long-suffering of God will end.

BUT, if we are ready to rise above the smog of a phony MAGA,⁸ — out of the fog of misplaced trust, perhaps these three recent witnesses (plus dozens of others that we will not find in the MSM) might help us wake up as a people to the reality of what WE have tolerated for decades and what now seems to have come upon us as if “at an instant, suddenly.”⁹

Discerning the Powers and Our Complicity?

In this past week, have we not witnessed an inglorious demonstration of the Powers (the Domination System) at work in the SOTU address and the Senate “trial” and acquittal of Donald Trump¹? how puppetry has become so entrenched in our Republic that hundreds genuflect to lies and concealments of and by both the Right and the Left? how only one man dared oppose his party-line on a single vote? and though the real motives of that one man are perhaps known only to himself and God, we should all know, by now, that the hidden persuasions of our deeply corrupted system have infected nigh, if not, every politician. Most of them know to the full that they do, indeed, wrestle against flesh and blood, as well as

... against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.²

and that most of them (and many of us) have succumbed in some fashion.

Perhaps the following quotes will open our eyes a little more:

We should be confessing our complicity with the Powers, the ways we benefit from the injustices they structure to our advantage, and the racist and sexual stereotyping that we thoughtlessly perpetuate in our encounters with others. Instead, we tend to confess infractions of the rules the Powers themselves have established. Forgiveness of sins often functions, not as an act of liberation from the delusional system, but as a rite of reinsertion into it. ... what we need is not to be cleaned up and sent right back into a corrupt society, but to be lifted out of it altogether, by a sovereign act of God, who wipes the slate clean and offers us a new reality, the reality intended for us from the foundation of the world.³

Humanity longs for a world where the travail of personal transformation will not be necessary, where the arduous effort to develop a virtuous character can be avoided, where our neighbors will be judged by the standards we idealize but have exempted ourselves from achieving. Behind all such dreams of a perfected social structure lies the nightmare of totalitarianism. At what cost in personal freedoms must the dream of an anarchy-free society be bought? Unless people as well as their systems are changed, the crystal utopias of our fantasies will continue to dawn blood-drenched and inhospitable.⁴

No arrangement of social cooperation, in which power controls power and anarchy is tamed, will produce human beings free from the lust for power.⁵

Most functioning democracies are run by oligarchies that maintain power whichever party is elected, and they make common cause with bureaucrats intent on preserving their own fiefdoms. Even at the local level, democratic governance [has become] inefficient, contentious, shortsighted, and miserly.⁶

We are dead [to Christ] insofar as we have been socialized into patterns of injustice. We died, bit by bit, as expectations foreign to our essence were forced upon us. We died as we began to become complicit in our own alienation and that of others. We died as we grew to love our bondage, to rationalize, justify, and even champion it. And by a kind of heavenly homeopathy, we must swallow what killed us in order to come to life.⁷

But rebirth is not a private, inward event only. For it also includes the necessity of dying to whatever in our social surroundings has shaped us inauthentically. We must also die to the Domination System in order to live authentically. Those born to privilege and wealth may miss life by having been installed at the center of a universe revolving around their own desires. Others, born to merciless poverty and the contempt of the ruling class, may miss life by never feeling really human at all. If the advantaged must die to their egocentricity, the underprivileged must die to their hopelessness, fatalism, and acquiescence in their own despoiling.⁸

The church has many functions, not all related to the Powers. With reference to the Powers, however, its task, as we have seen, is to unmask their idolatrous pretensions, to identify their dehumanizing values, to strip from them the mantle of respectability, and to disenthrall their victims. It is uniquely equipped to help people unmask and die to the Powers.⁹

The Powers once again, acting from concealment, entice courageous and dedicated people to blame their own personal inadequacies for what are in fact systemically induced delusions. Here the traditional religions can come to our aid, Lerner insists, since they, almost alone in our society, are able to mount a consistent counter-cultural critique of domination.¹⁰

"You don't need courage to speak out against a regime. You just need not to care anymore—not to care about being punished or beaten."¹¹

[F]ollowing Jesus' liberating way puts us on a collision course with oppressive regimes and institutions, which will resort to any means necessary to crush resistance. By voluntarily and deliberately facing the prospect of death, one is freed from its power as a deterrent. "Just as one must learn the art of killing in the training for violence," taught Gandhi, "so one must learn the art of dying in the training for non-violence.""¹²

Are our churches helping us learn this: the art of dying to our fears of disapproval, our fears of being punished, of being ostracized or criticized? How are we ever going to be prepared to stand for truth and freedom if we fear dying to the perks, privileges, and praise of the Powers?

“Subject Unto ... the Powers That Be”?

How, in this new year 2020, shall we deal with the Powers* that seem to have lost their way?¹

How are we to reconcile Romans 13:1-7² and Article of Faith #12³ with the overwhelming and growing witness of hubris, abuse, and corruption by those in positions of power (whether east or west, north or south; up or down)?​

Do we feel caught in a double bind⁴ between “honoring, obeying and sustaining” and this most revealing, insightful observation:

We have learned by sad experience that it is the nature and disposition of almost all men, as soon as they get a little authority, as they suppose, they will immediately begin to exercise unrighteous dominion⁵?

Perhaps these insights will help us find a discerning answer between blind obedience to or angry rejection of the Powers (or governing authorities as some have translated Romans 13:1):

Nothing is outside the redemptive care and transforming love of God. The Powers are not intrinsically evil; they are only fallen. What sinks can be made to rise again. We are freed, then, from the temptation to satanize the perpetrators of evil. We can love our nation or church or school, not blindly, but critically, recalling it to its own highest self-professed ideals and identities. We can challenge these institutions to live up to the vocation that is theirs by virtue of their sheer createdness.^[6] We can oppose their actions while honoring their necessity. For example, a factory is polluting the air and water of our city, and we want it cleaned up. We can engage in that struggle knowing that its employees need jobs, and that their families also are at risk from the pollution, just as ours are. We can talk without hatred to the hard-nosed representatives of the plant, because we know that they, and we, and this factory, are encompassed by the love of God, and exist to serve the One in and through and for whom we were all created. We do not have to struggle to bring this plant into the orbit of God’s system. It is already there. We have only to remind its managers that it exists to serve values beyond itself (though this “reminding” may require a protracted boycott or strike).
Adam Smith himself acknowledged this when he wrote that the ultimate goal of a business is not to make a profit. Profit is just the means. The goal is the general welfare. It is part of the church’s task to remind corporations and businesses that profit is not the “bottom line,” that as “creatures” of God they have as their divine vocation the achievement of human benefaction (Eph. 3: 10). They do not exist for themselves. They were bought with a price (Col. 1: 20). They belong to the God who ordains sufficiency for all.⁷

So just as we all have a part in the body of Christ,⁸ we all have different skills, talents, and thus individual calls to action in challenging fallen powers:

There are no prepackaged answers that tell us how Christians should engage the Powers. One person may be called to try to reorganize the office where she works in a more humane fashion; another may have to walk out to protest sexual harassment. One may run for political office; another may despair of the electoral system and work to overthrow it. But all live in the paradox of “as if not,” as being in but not of the Domination System. “Come out of her, my people” (Rev. 18: 4) may be our marching orders, but so may be the call to assume secular office (as with Joseph and Daniel). Spiritual discernment takes the place of fixed rules. As Jacques Ellul argues, there really is no such thing as a “Christian ethic,” only the ethical inventiveness of Christians.⁹

Thus, shall we not honor what is honorable; obey what is ethical in the Lord;¹⁰ sustain what is sustainable; and thereafter challenge, expose, and oppose all fallen actions according to the discernment and call given to each of us? In the words of Walter Wink:

It is precisely because the Powers have been created in, through, and for the humanizing purposes of God in Christ that they must be honored, criticized, resisted, and redeemed. Let us then engage these Powers, not just to understand them, but to see them changed.¹¹
