IF we believe:*
1. “[T]here was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. then should we be surprised when his schemes, “angels,” demons, and disciples promote counterfeit after counterfeit, deception following deception, corruption upon corruption to achieve the goal of captivation and destruction? Do we comprehend how high the stakes? how subtle the deception? Do we ever consider how déjà vu his ways and means have been since the beginning of time?

But now, with television and internet in almost every home, the world is being flooded, as perhaps never before, with “witnesses” and spokes(wo)men, many of whom unwittingly testify and accept as true his myriad deceptions, counterfeits, and perversions. Consider the global promotion of just these six out of hundreds:
▪ amazing(!) “guidance” through occult readings, enchantments, magic, rituals, sorcery, etc.8
▪ out-of-this-world (or -body) “spiritual” experiences generated through mind-warping substances or practices;9
▪ “spiritual” evolution / salvation / ascension promised without need for “clean hands and a pure heart;”10
▪ Law of Attraction11 promising the treasures of the world; (one more variation of the classic Three Temptations?);
▪ priestcrafts ~ where “men [or women] preach and set themselves up for a light unto the world, that they may get gain and praise of the world;”12
▪ New World Order promising peace and security.13
all of which are crafted: 1) to entice the “curious, foolish, or rapacious” to give an inch so evil can take a mile; and 2) to trade
secret knowledge and powers for soul.
Have we forgotten that Lucifer is an obsessive liar? that NOTHING he or his devotees convey can be trusted? that hallucinogenic / psychedelic trips are not “spiritual” advancements; that “aliens,” abductions,
off-world “events,” alleged space colonies, “ascended masters,” “worm-holes,” etc., etc., etc. are all within the realm of his fabrication, enchantment, imagery, manipulation, programming, intoxication, trickery, etc., etc., etc.? BUT it is not all trickery and illusion. If one voluntarily opens a door into his realm, one can be assaulted, abused, possessed, and perhaps captivated forever. Know that
EVERYTHING he says or does is calculated to deceive and destroy.

» Do we think we can dabble in dark matters and energies without consequence?
» Do we suppose divine enlightenment comes from liars?
» Do we imagine (delusional) shortcuts make the “spiritual” grade?
» Do we expect technology to rectify man’s shortcomings or provide an escape-hatch?
The last words we give to Isaiah and Paul:
And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead? To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. (Old Testament | Isaiah 8:19-20; 2 Nephi 18:19)
For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: and he it is who now worketh, and Christ suffereth him to work, until the time is fulfilled that he shall be taken out of the way.
And then shall that wicked one be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
